Played on three Division IV CIF Championship Teams while attending Santa Barbara High School....Led Santa Barbara High school to four consecutive league championships...As a junior, was selected First Team All-Channel League as well as First Team Division IV All-CIF...Named First Team All-Channel League and Second Team Division IV All-CIF as a senior.

Played for Santa Barbara Water Polo Club finishing first place in the 2007 Junior Olympics.
