2007 Outlook
Gained valuable experience and helped defensively during the spring tournaments. Will compete for time at libero and as a defensive specialist.
2006
Played in 29 of the Gauchos' matches, starting two during her sophomore campaign...Tallied double-digit digs on seven occasions including a season-high 13 vs. Western Michigan (Nov. 24)...Had at least one scoop in 27 of her 29 matches played and appeared in all but 11 games...Was fifth on the team with 169 total digs on the season and is second amongst returning players...Earned Big West Academic All-Conference for her diligence in the classroom.
2005
Competed in four matches during her first season at the college level, starting two at libero...Amassed a career-high 25 assists in her debut appearance, a four-game win at UC Davis (Sept. 15)...The following night, again earned the start and scooped 20 balls in tough loss to Utah State...Nine digs on Sept. 16 vs. Saint Mary's - accompanied by four assists - while final scoop came during home win over Cal State Northridge (Oct. 14).
High School
Member of Nipomo High School's inaugural graduating class in 2005...Three-year varsity letterwinner under head coach Claudia Trudeau...As a senior she repeated as Los Padres League MVP and was named San Luis Obispo County Player of the Year while leading the Titans to the CIF Division III state tournament...Reaching that stage in just the school's third year of existence is her greatest sports accomplishment...First Team All-CIF honors in 2004 after earning second team recognition the previous year...First of her three straight all-county selections came as a sophomore in 2002...Transferred to Nipomo from Arroyo Grande High School where she was a Second Team All-Northern League defensive specialist in 2002...Also an all-league soccer player at Nipomo as both a sophomore and junior, while she served as yearbook editor as well...Member of the California Scholarship Federation.
