Simone Kuhn comes to UCSB from Concordia BTV Luzern in Switzerland...Has played for Concordia since 1995 after playing for numerous junior teams since 1992...Played both middle blocker and outside hitter in Switzerland...Helped to lead Concordia to the Swiss Championship and NLA Cup in 1996-96 and 1997-98...Named the best hitter at the junior championship in 1999 and 2000...Named one of the ten best players in Switzerland...Also plays tennis.
