2007 Season -- Competed in the Conference Meet as a freshman...Had a personal best of 11:28.93 in the steeplechase in her first season as a Gaucho, a mark that stands as the 10th-fastest in school history...Took 3rd place at the Cal Poly dual meet with a time of 11:29.94 in the steeple...Competed in the 1500m at the Triton Invitational, clocking-in at 5:07.08...Improved her time in the steeplechase by over a minute as the season progressed.
High School -- At the Peninsula Athletic League Finals, Voigtlander successfully completed the 1600, 800m, 3200m triple by finishing 3rd in the 1600m, 5th at 800m and then running away with a title at 3200m. Qualifying for the Central Coast Section Finals at 3200m, she would run an 11:05.07 and runner-up finish for her first California State Meet Championship qualification. She would finish 17th at the State meet finals. In Cross Country, Voigtlander, finished 2nd at the Central Coast Section Div. III Finals on the famed northern California course, Crystal Springs in Belmont. Her time of 18:19 on Saturday, over a hilly 2.89-mile course, was the 5th fastest time of the day in C.C.S. and the 7th fastest time of 2005. She was also 2nd at the 2005 Peninsula Athletic League finals in `05. At the State Championships, she would finish 15th in the Div. III finals with a 5,000m time of 18:45 at the Woodward Park course in Fresno, CA.
Personal -- Majoring in business economics with an emphasis in accounting... She is a skilled skiier who competes in downhill racing.
