Katie enters her 2007 season as the seventh-best heptathlete, sixth-best
triple jumper, and third-best long jumper in UCSB school history. This
explosive and versatile athlete tested her mettle last year by diving
headlong into her first season as a multi, posting a solid personal best
score of 4,192 points. This year, she looks to score a load of points for
the Gauchos in myriad events.
2005 Track & Field Recap: Led the Gauchos in the Long Jump with a personal best jump of 18'07.25", the 8th longest jump at UCSB.
2004 Track & Field Recap: In her debut as a Gaucho, Kramer won the long jump competition and grabbed a conference qualifying mark of 17'9".
High School:
At the 2003 State Meet, Katie finished 6th in the Long Jump, 8th in the 400 and 10th in the Triple Jump. Katie qualified for state three years in a row in at least three events and set her high school's school record in the 400.
