Having pulled through illness and an ACL tear, this strong 400 meter
specialist has yet to show the conference what she is truly capable of, even
after having placed a solid fourth at last year's conference championships
in the 400m. A fierce competitor, Kerry looks to try to fill the shoes of
legendary Gaucho sprinter Kylie McCuen as a heavy point-scorer and
pack-leader.
2005 Track & Field Recap: Struck by illness early in the season, Gamble was able to bounce back managing a 56.67 400m time and a fifth place finish at the Big West Championships.
High School Notes:
Kerry was a CA state meet finalist as a junion finishing 6th in the 400m in a personal best 55.05...won the 2003 and 2004 CIF SS DIII and Mission League 400m titles.
