NEW YORK, N.Y. - Senior forward Jennifer Borcich, who scored 15 goals and assisted on five others for a total of 35 points this season, was selected to the 2004 West Regional First Team, Soccer Buzz Magazine announced today. This is the third time in her career Borcich has earned all-region honors. She was also selected in 2003 and as a freshman in 2001.

Borcich finished a spectacular career at UC Santa Barbara this season, earning her third Big West Conference Offensive Player of the Year award. She was also named First Team All-Big West for the fourth straight year. Borcich is the Big West's all-time leading scorer and ranks third all-time in goals (56) and points (138) at UCSB.
