McDonald was named All-Big West Second Team after a successful sophomore season, which included eight assists and five goals...Her eight assists tied with Simon for most assists in the 2008 season...One of her assists was a pass off to Simon to clinch the Big West-Opener win at UC Riverside...Played in all 22 matches with 17 starts...Had 28 shots with 16 on goal...Tallied 18 points, tied for third most of any Gaucho this season...Missed her only penalty kick attempt in 2-0 shutout against Sacramento State...Had three consecutive assists and two goals in three game span from Oct. 24th to Nov. 2nd, which included shutouts against UC Davis and UC Irvine.
