Mia Fisher helped the Gauchos win their ninth consecutive Big West
Conference Tournament with an incredible 21-of-24 (87.5%) shooting
performance in two games last week. She scored 20 points and made a
career-high six steals in UCSB's 79-67 semifinal win over Cal State
Northridge, then poured in a personal best 26 points as Santa Barbara
rallied to defeat Idaho 74-66 in Saturday's title game. Fisher - who will
lead the Gauchos into this weeks NCAA Tournament - earned a spot on the Big West's all-tourney team.
