SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - A limited number of single-session tickets for the first round of the 2005 NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament in Fresno, Calif., will go on sale through the UC Santa Barbara Athletic Ticket Office on Tuesday, March 15 at 9:00 a.m.

A single-session ticket includes admission to two games on Saturday, March 19 at Fresno State University's Save Mart Center - Arizona State vs. Eastern Kentucky at 11:00 a.m. and UCSB vs. Notre Dame at approximately 1:30 p.m. Should the Gauchos advance past the opening round, fans in attendance will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for a second round game on Monday, March 21 at 6:00 p.m.

Single-session tickets in UCSB's designated fan section cost $25 each and there is a limit of six per person. Orders will only be accepted by telephone by calling 805-893-UCSB (8272). Visa and Master Card are the only forms of payment. Ticket sales at the UCSB Athletic Ticket Office will continue through Wednesday, March 16 at 5:00 p.m., and they can be picked up at the Save Mart Center will-call widow on Saturday.
