Johnson was a 2007 graduate of Lake Oswego High School and was a four-year varsity letterwinner for coach Jason Fawcett...Led the Lakers to consecutive fourth place finishes in the state championships in 2004 and 2005...LOHS also placed sixth her senior season...An All-Three Rivers League selection as a sophomore, junior, and senior...Was named Lake Oswego Player of the Year after averaging 16 points and 10 rebounds her final year with the Lakers...Also shot 77% from the floor and 92% at the free-throw line as a senior...The former All-America candidate scored a career-high 27 points against Redmond HS her junior year and pulled down 21 rebounds vs. Rex Putnam during her senior campaign...Also owns personal bests of 12 assists, 10 steals, four blocked shots, and five threes made...Competed with the Oregon Elite club team for coach Gary Lavender and was a member of the Portland Elite Basketball Organization (PEBO) under coach Velaida Harris...Also earned four varsity letters in soccer and one in track and field while at Lake Oswego HS.
