Goble graduated from Fallbrook High School in 2006, where she was a four-year varsity letterwinner...Led the Warriors to a Rancho Verde Tournament Championship under coach Len Whitacre...Averaged a double-double of 12 points and 10 rebounds per game as a senior...Also averaged five blocks per contest and made 60% of her field goal attempts in 2005-06...Holds the school record for most blocked shots in a season with 133...Was named the Avocado League MVP as a junior and senior...Took home the Defensive Player of the Year award in 2005-2006...A San Diego Union Tribune Scholar Athlete, Goble also garnered the Warrior Head Award at FHS...Also played for the San Diego Below the Rim club team coached by Terry Scaife.

Jessica Goble was born June 16, 1988 in Santa Monica, CA...The daughter of Rick and Madelyn Goble, she prefers to go by Jessie...Has an older sister Carey and an older brother Greg...Enters her first year at UCSB as an undeclared major, but will pursue something related to the health industry...Wants to become a dental hygienist upon graduation...Was a member of the Principal's Honor Roll at Fallbrook HS...Also competed in volleyball as a prepster...Her favorite sports teams include the Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, and San Diego's Chargers and Padres...Roots for Michael Jordan..."A Night At The Roxbury" and "Love and Basketball" are her two favorite movies...James Frey's "A Million Little Pieces" is at the top of her reading list and she also appreciates the works of Ernest Hemmingway...Can be found watching "Friends" and "Will and Grace"...Enjoys shopping, going to the beach, and water skiing in her spare time...Beating the Warriors' rival with five seconds left registers as her most memorable sporting moment...Wants people to know that her hero is Elizabeth Chamberlain...Was also recruited by Oregon State, Minnesota, Cornell, Montana State, UC Irvine, and Sacramento State before deciding to play in beautiful Santa Barbara
