Played in all 33 of the Gauchos' contests during his sophomore campaign...Was fifth on the team with 29 goals scored and was tied fourth with 23 assists...Opened the season with a hat trick against Air Force at the UC San Diego Triton Invitational (Sept. 1)...Had a nine game scoring streak lasting from Sept. 8 thru Sept. 16 that included five consecutive games with multiple goals...Scored a career-high four goals against Redlands (Oct. 13)...Contributed to the Gauchos' first win since 1985 over Stanford with a goal versus the Cardinal (Oct. 27)...Also posted 12 steals and 12 earned penalites or ejections, and was second on the squad with 14 field blocks...Earned his second consecutive Academic All-MPSF honor.

Played in 34 of the Gauchos' 35 games during his first season as an active roster member...Tallied 18 goals and collected 10 assists...Posted a team-high .514 shooting percentage (18-for-35)...Had eight steals, seven earned penalties or ejections and four field blocks...Notched his first collegiate hat trick against Whittier at the Inland Empire Classic (Sept. 9)...Had multi-goal games against Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (Sept. 9) and Loyola Marymount (Oct. 15)...Earned MPSF All-Academic Team honors...Was also the UCSB Athletics Department's Golden Eagle Award winner for men's water polo.

Was a driver under the tutelage of Jon Reichardt at Mira Costa High School...Earned First Team All-Bay League and Second Team All-CIF honors...Helped Mira Costa to four Bay League Championships and the 2002 CIF Division III Championship...Reached the CIF semifinals in 2003 and 2004...Was also a member of the swim team.
