Competed in the decathlon at the Big West Championships and came away with a ninth place finish at 6010...Was the winner of the decathlon's 1500m event at Conference...Steadily improved his decathlon scores as the year progressed: started with a 5865 at the Northridge Multis, then scored 5934 at the Cal Invite Multis, then 6010 at Conference.
High School
Competed in a wide variety of events in the Sea View League, and set impressive marks in the 110m high hurdles (15.20) and the javelin throw (143'6")...Was El Toro's MVP his senior season...Entered the USATF National Decathlon Championship for high school athletes and came away with second place.
