2007 Season -- Finished 2nd in the steeplechase at the All-Cal Challenge, crossing the line in 9:36.13 for a personal best...Set an early mark of 10:00.62 in the steeplechase at the Cal-Nevada meet...Had a time of 4:05.13 in the 1500m at the Triton Invitational, good for a new personal best...Ran an 8:51.60 in the 3000m at the home opener against Westmont and LMU, finishing neck-and-neck with teammate Julian DeRubira in a virtual tie.
High School -- Finished his senior season well, racing first to a SVC League Finals championship in the 3200m, following it up with a Division II San Joaquin Section (SJS) 3200m title with a personal best 9:25.27. After a 10th place finish in the SJS Division II Sectional Finals, Brook came back to finish 13th individually in 16:01 for 5,000m at the California State Division II Championships, leading Ponderosa to an 11th place team finish.
