Boxall comes to UCSB after competing in the FIFA U-20 World Championships this past summer in Canada with the New Zealand National Team...Has been a member of the Youth All-Whites the past two seasons...Has also earned two international caps with the New Zealand `A' squad...At the club level he competed for Central United F.C and led the team to the 2007 Northern Premier League title...Also played for his hometown squad, Auckland City F.C. and won the N.Z. Football Championship this past year...Was named the Auckland City Young Player of the Year with Central United in 2006 and then again with Auckland City F.C. in 2007...Also named the Nike International Young Men's Player of the Year with the U-20s.

HIGH SCHOOL
Played center and right back for four years at Mt. Albert Grammar School in Auckland...Named team captain as a senior in 2006 and led the Lions to a second Knockout Cup title in three years and to the Auckland Secondary School Soccer Association Championship...Mt. Albert went on to finish second at nationals that year...The Lions also won the league title in 2004 and 2005 and placed first at the national tournament in 2005...Won the Head Perfect Award for academics as a senior.
