Brian Six Earns UCSB Golf's Fourth Academic All-American Honors

Sept. 15, 2004

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - UC Santa Barbara senior Brian Six was selected to the Golf All-American Scholar Team by the Golf Coaches Association of America for the second straight year.

A business economics major, Six was UCSB's top golfer during the 2003-04 season. He was also selected to the All-American Scholar Team following the 2002-03 season.

Previous Gauchos to earn the honor include Greg Snider in 2002, and Gavin Owen in 2000.

"I am proud of Brian," began UCSB head coach Steve Lass. "He has worked very hard in the class room and he is very deserving of this honor."
