34th Annual Pacific Coast Intercollegiate Golf Tournament Cancelled Due to Rain

April 3, 2006

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - The 34th annual Pacific Coast Intercollegiate Golf Tournament, scheduled for Monday-Tuesday, April 3-4 at Rancho San Marcos Golf Course in Santa Barbara, has been cancelled due to the rain.

The 17 teams were scheduled to tee off at 8:00 a.m. on Monday. At 1:00 p.m., with the course already under water and the forecast for more rain throughout the remainder of the day and Tuesday, the tourney was cancelled.
